The Service Charter is t he document that regulates the relationships between companies that offer public utility services and the Customer he document that regulates the relationships between companies that offer public utility services and the Customer .
All public service companies are required to draft and adopt it in implementation of the Prime Minister’s Directive of 27 January 1994 “Principles on the provision of public services”.

In the transport sector, the Service Charter is called the Mobility Card.

The Mobility Card is the document that regulates the relationships between the company that offers public transport services and the Customers, and has the following purposes:

  • Improvement of the quality of the services provided.
  • Improvement of the relationship between the customer and the service provider.
